For the privacy of our attendees, each event has a password.

The password to access the event can be found in the convention schedule that you received upon registration, and for a limited number of events will also have been emailed to all attendees.

If you do not have the password but attended the event, please email info@starfury.co.uk with your ticket number and the name of the event you attended, indicating you would like to view the digital files. We will then email you back with the password.
You should receive an email once you have placed your order with a link to download your photos.

If you have lost the email, you can also log in to your account using the Member Area at the top right of the website and select ‘Orders’ from the menu on the left. Click on the order number displayed to be taken to the download page for that order. Just click the link to download each photo.

All Starfury Conventions digital photos are in JPG format.
Events from June 2019 onwards have the filename on the bottom left of your photo (under the Starfury Conventions logo). You can use the search on the left when you are in the gallery to find your digital.
This site only shows images from 2018 onwards, however we do many images from 2006 in our archive. Please email info@starfury.co.uk for access.

Unfortunately we do not have any images prior to 2006.
Yes. We add photos a few weeks after each event.
We ask that you credit Starfury Conventions when posting your photos online.
Unfortunately due to the way our system works all photos taken at each event are automatically uploaded, however we are more than happy to remove any photos upon request. Please email us at info@starfury.co.uk with a link to the page for each image and we will remove it immediately.

Please note that once your photo is removed it will be permanently deleted from our database, so you will no longer have the opportunity to purchase the digital copy.
Your download link will never expire.
Unfortunately offering this download service is not free. Our prices cover the costs, which take into account:

  • VAT (20%)
  • PayPal transaction fee
  • Payment to the photographer
  • Photo library administration and customer services
  • Software costs and website hosting
Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned.
